Frequently asked questions

Let’s begin your journey with clarity — here you will find everything you need to know to embark on a retreat with trust, awareness, and inner peace.

How to organise my arrival at the retreat?

✔️First, you need to contact me for an introduction and to clarify the details: the “Book” button will take you to my WhatsApp chat. To reserve your spot for the chosen dates, you’ll need to make a 100€ prepayment as confirmation of your sincere intention.

✔️Next, book your flight to Tenerife, preferably to the South Airport (TFSur, Reina Sofia Airport), and make sure to arrive at least one day BEFORE the retreat! It is very important that you get proper rest after traveling and come to the retreat with a fresh mind, without the stress of the journey. There are hostels near the airport, which are easy to find on Booking.

✔️The RETREAT begins on Friday at 16:00 in the Womb of Gaia cave, located in the Arico area. The exact location will be sent to you before the retreat. You can take a bus to the nearest stop — I will pick you up there.

✔️Bring with you: 0.5L water, a sheet and blanket/sleeping bag, sandals, towel and toiletries, warm socks, and comfortable clothing. Vegetarian meals are included in the price.

We part ways on Monday at 12:00.

✔️AFTER THE RETREAT, it’s important to take another 3–5 days in a hotel to integrate your new state, ground yourself, and peacefully process the experience.

What wounds can be healed during the retreat experience?

Natural psychedelics are called Sacred Medicine for a reason.
Through expanded states of consciousness, they guide you toward the release of past burdens, the cleansing of your energy, body, and mind, and a deep infusion of healing force.
This Medicine gently leads you inward — to the place where soul wounds are stored — to help you revisit painful experiences and uncover the spiritual gifts hidden within them.

In a psychedelic journey, you may experience a profound catharsis — deep realizations that dissolve all doubt, clear understanding of your emotional states and life events, and detailed inner guidance for what lies ahead.
Your healing is led by a great Spiritual Force — one that opens the heart, body, and soul to a new, awakened life filled with light and love.

Sacred Medicine supports the healing of:

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) — by accessing long-buried trauma and releasing the mental and energetic tension held in the system.
Depression (including treatment-resistant) — by lifting the heavy veil and restoring connection to self, the joy of being, and zest for life.
Anxiety disorders and panic attacks — by allowing you to face fear directly, dissolving it and replacing it with deep trust in life.
Feelings of loneliness and isolation — by restoring your sense of connection with the world and others through an overwhelming feeling of unity with all that is.
Inner conflict and self-rejection — by guiding you into forgiveness and compassion, reuniting you with yourself in love and acceptance.
Profound grief — by helping you process the pain of losing loved ones, betrayal, or separation, and washing the wounded heart with the elixir of Universal Love.
Psychosomatic conditions — by clearing energetic blockages, showing the root cause of illness, and activating the body’s natural healing intelligence.
Relationship struggles — by helping you recognize and release ancestral patterns, fears, and resentments, and by healing relational bonds through the flow of unconditional love.
Victim mentality — by calling you out of disempowerment and back into your strength, responsibility, and the right to create your own life.
Blocked sexuality — by bringing awareness to repressed desires, working through shame and taboos, clearing energetic blocks, and restoring a sacred connection with the body.
Addictions (alcohol, drugs, food, gambling) — by disrupting ingrained neural patterns and literally rewriting the programs in your brain.
Loss of life purpose — by reminding you of who you are and why you came into this world, reconnecting you with your soul’s path and something greater.
Creative, spiritual, or existential crisis — by unlocking new perspectives, inspiration, and strength to express yourself and return to your true essence and unrealized potential.

Sacred Medicine is not a quick fix.
It is an invitation — to journey inward.
Under its soft yet uncompromising light, a person may, for the first time, see clearly: when they lost their power, why they continue to betray themselves, how they unconsciously repeat the same patterns, and how they hide behind pain instead of stepping into a new chapter.

This clarity marks the beginning of true transformation — when a person finally claims the responsibility and purpose to heal their life.
At the retreat, this journey is only just beginning…

What are the contraindications for participation?

Psychedelic ceremonies are a deep and powerful process.
To ensure that the journey unfolds safely, it’s essential to consider both the physical and psychological condition of the participant, as well as any interactions with medications.
Below is important information to help you approach your preparation consciously and responsibly.

Physical contraindications:

  • Severe cardiovascular diseases, significant hypertension
  • Glaucoma, retinal detachment
  • Fractures, recent surgeries, acute infections, tuberculosis
  • Epilepsy, seizures, history of stroke
  • Serious diseases of the liver, kidneys, gallbladder, or pancreas
  • Gastrointestinal bleeding, active ulcers or gastritis
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Psychological contraindications:

  • Serious psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, past episodes of psychosis, epilepsy, or other psychiatric diagnoses)
  • Recent suicidal behavior or self-harm — in such cases, work is only possible with the close support of a mental health professional

Pharmacological contraindications:

  • Medications that affect the serotonin system, including many antidepressants and psychiatric drugs
  • Substances that inhibit monoamine oxidase (MAOIs)
  • Any medications or supplements taken regularly — their use must be discussed with the organizers in advance
  • Cocaine, amphetamines, MDMA (ecstasy), and other narcotics
  • Alcohol!!!!

It is crucial to inform the facilitators of everything you are taking.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you discontinue use of any of the above-listed substances at least 2 weeks before the retreat.

How to prepare for a retreat?

Preparation for a retreat with natural psychedelics is absolutely essential!
During your work with the Medicine, there will be an active release of physical and energetic “toxins” accumulated over the years. This cleansing may manifest through vomiting, diarrhea, tears, mucus, sweat, etc. — all of which are natural ways the body expels stagnant negative energies.

Your role is to make this process as smooth as possible through proper preparation and a cleansing diet.
The cleaner your system is before entering the retreat (ideally with a few days of fasting), the easier the transformation will be. If you pre-cleanse the intestines, reduce stress, and let go of harmful habits, the Medicine won’t need to spend energy “clearing the clutter” — it will go straight to the depth: healing the heart, the soul, and the root of pain.

Diet (begin at least 14–10 days before the retreat):

Avoid:

  • Alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, sugar, salt, spices
  • Red meat, dairy products, fatty or heavy foods
  • All narcotics and pharmaceutical medications (must be discussed with facilitators)

Recommended:

  • Light plant-based diet (vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts)
  • Simple soups, porridges with water, herbal teas
  • Gentle physical activity (yoga, walking)
  • Mindful observation of thoughts and emotions
  • Emotional and mental preparation
  • Meditation and breathwork practices
  • Reducing stress and limiting negative content
  • Setting your intention for the retreat and inner work
  • Limiting social media and news

In the final 24–48 hours before the retreat:

  • Make sure to rest and get good sleep
  • Eat lightly or fast, if possible
  • Take a break from screens and external stimulation

Your conscious preparation is the first act of love for yourself.
Caring for your physical and emotional state will become your best ally — before, during, and after your encounter with the Medicine.

What are the processes in psychedelic therapy?

When you take any natural psychedelic, you are connected to a stream of high-frequency energy.
It floods you from within and works not only on the energetic level — pushing out and releasing blockages and accumulated negativity — but also on the level of consciousness, quite literally rebooting your mental programs.

Oh yes — this is something to withstand!

It may feel like you’re being steamrolled, and your entire body puts up resistance: your energy system simply isn’t used to this kind of intensity. In this phase — the entry into the journey — you may shake, twist, feel hot or chilled, be overtaken by the urge to run away or cancel the whole thing altogether 🙂

But that’s just the beginning — the moment when the Light pouring through you must break through your inner blocks. It’s crucial to understand that in this moment, a profound energetic clearing is underway. Tears, mucus, vomiting, diarrhea — they all serve to release built-up stress, negativity, and repressed emotions. This is the time to surrender to the process and allow yourself to feel and release everything that is ready to come out.

We move through this stage with gratitude — for the purification.

And then — comes the most precious part.
Once your consciousness aligns with the stream flowing from Above, you begin to perceive an expanded reality previously inaccessible. Here, you come into direct contact with a Higher Intelligence a loving, wise force guiding you through the corridors of your soul’s memory, revealing unseen facets of your inner universe.

This is a gently guided process of self-discovery and self-healing, where you’re offered a chance to remember your True Self, see your life path in the context of eternity, and finally piece together the puzzle of who you are and where you belong.

At this stage, you may witness what was previously hidden. It may not be easy — you may need to acknowledge your mistakes and illusions, ask for forgiveness, and forgive in return. You’ll be called to accept what is, and release what was. This is deep inner work.

Often, you’ll be led to the dark, unconscious, unacknowledged parts of your soul — to bring them into the light, and to heal them with your love and acceptance.

You’ll need the courage to face your old wounds and pain so that the Medicine can guide you to a catharsis — a powerful realization of the Spiritual Gift hidden in the shadows. And when this gift is finally unwrapped, it opens a flood of immense gratitude for the path you’ve walked — especially its hardest moments. You’ll see that each trial in your life was actually the greatest blessing from above.

And when this total reconciliation with yourself, the world, and your destiny happens,
you will be overwhelmed by a wave of Love and Light, illuminated by dazzling patterns of a blooming, beautiful mandala — your Soul, finally reunited with your consciousness and truly awakened.

You may lose the boundaries of your Ego and dissolve into the width of the Universe, remembering that feeling — “we are all one” — and experiencing the Divine in every breath, in every wave of light.

The deeply healing embrace of the loving Universe will awaken your sleeping gifts, the vast potential of your soul, and your desire to live every moment of your time fully, consciously, and with deep gratitude.

Every — truly every — psychedelic journey brings you precious spiritual gifts.
All it asks of you is your complete trust and surrender.

And somewhere deep inside, as you read this now,
something in you stirred — and a subtle longing for Home began to ache.
That is your Soul, already ready to hear the Call
and to answer it,
accepting the invitation to open to the Light.

What if I see something horrible and have a bad trip?

First and foremost, it’s important to understand: natural psychedelics are about healing. They are deeply respectful of your psyche and never bring anything into the journey from the outside. They simply illuminate what was already sitting in your subconscious. The Medicine allows you to see which programs, repressed feelings and emotions, and parts of your past were pushed down and sealed away. You won’t see anything fundamentally new there. You already know it all.

Any negative experience you may have during your trip is not some external evil or intrusion — it’s a reflection of your own shadow aspects.

In the world of Sacred Medicine, encounters with these parts are known as processing. This is a crucial phase of inner cleansing, where suppressed emotions rise to the surface so that you can meet them face to face. To look at them honestly. To acknowledge them. To feel them. And most importantly — to let them go, to release that stored-up negative energy so you can make space for light and harmony.

Yes, this process can be very difficult in the moment. It demands courage and trust. And only someone who does not understand the healing nature of such “turbulence” would call it a bad trip. Those who walk the path of awareness, on the contrary — are grateful for such meetings with themselves, because they know: this is how real healing happens.

No one described such challenging trips better than Vasok in his book “Caution: Mushrooms, or Conscious Games with Illusions”:

Bad trip is an unfortunate set of external circumstances during the journey. It’s taking mushrooms at a club. It’s smoking toad venom before a New Year’s dinner, only to have it clash with salad and champagne in your stomach. It’s eating mushrooms in the forest and, at the peak of the trip, ending up in a torrential downpour with thunder and lightning, wearing only a cotton T-shirt, with a bicycle as your only transport and a half-hour muddy walk to the station.

That’s a bad trip. But it’s easy to avoid — just don’t do dumb stuff. I don’t have bad trips because I trip in completely safe and comfortable spaces, where nothing unpredictable happens. With a sensible setup, a bad trip simply doesn’t happen.

Hard trip is a challenging journey. During a hard trip, a person may feel hopelessness, the meaninglessness of life, a desire not to continue living, the feeling that everything is already lost and nothing good will ever happen again. You might lie motionless for hours, with no desire to wake up the next day and start anew. If this is happening to you — rejoice, things are going exactly right. Let yourself feel it. Go through it. Lie there in despair for the whole trip, cry, moan, allow existential dread to swallow you whole.

When the trip ends, don’t whine about how bad or scary it was. All those experiences — that was you meeting yourself. You’re going through a beautiful, healing process — the release of suppressed material from your subconscious. If you’re experiencing it — it’s because it lives inside you. It must be felt, and you should thank the mushrooms for pulling that crap out of you.

You want to avoid a few hours of emotional pain? Then are you ready to live with it for decades instead? In your regular state, you might not notice it, because it’s repressed. But it’s there. And it affects you 24/7. By letting it rise in the trip, you take the charge off it. Personally, I enjoy watching that gunk leave me. I haven’t resisted it for a long time. By diving fully into the depths of my inner despair, by the end of the trip I’m lying there with the blissful face of someone miraculously healed from the bubonic plague.

Horror trip is a nightmare journey. In a horror trip, you face your deepest subconscious fears and nightmares. You may feel like you’re dying; going insane — and fully aware that you are; stuck in time loops, where something breaks and time no longer moves — 12:59 is followed by 12:00 again and again, and it never ends; some feel their consciousness leaving their body and getting trapped in a nowhere void — timeless, spaceless, with no way back.

You may feel the presence of other identities within you — ones you were before, or even external entities trying to take over your mind.

What can I say… No pain, no gain. These are the things you’ll need to face eventually. And the recipe remains the same: surrender. Allow yourself to die, go mad, be stuck forever in a loop. All of these nightmares end the moment you allow them to happen.

Let me add this: if you go into a hard or horror trip alone, like Vasok, you might end up stuck there for hours. That’s exactly why a skilled guide is essential — to help you quickly understand why you’re going through it, to recognize your patterns, and to emerge from the process into the light of day.

At my retreat, you won’t be left alone in these processes. During each such moment of deep inner work, I will be there with you — your Guide through healing.

  • I will help you face and release suppressed emotions.
  • I will explain in the moment what is happening to you, when everything feels frightening and unclear.
  • I will ease the release of negative energies using the practices of Cosmoenergetics.
  • I will hold and comfort you when your soul is in desperate need of love and acceptance.
  • With me, you’ll be able to laugh at your childhood fears.
  • I will shine a light on the way out if you get lost in the depths of the Universe.
  • I will create an atmosphere of celebration for life itself, so that at any moment you can lean on the support of the group.
  • I will be a helping hand you can lean on — a high-standing beacon guiding you through any darkness toward liberation. Simply put — I’ve been there.
  • I know and feel what you are going through in the trip, because I have lived it myself, many times, on my own path of transformation.

And you will make it through this — to come out of the trip as someone entirely new: lighter, clearer, victorious over yourself!

What if I go crazy?

A very common fear and myth among newcomers to the world of psychedelics comes from a lack of familiarity with the vast amount of scientific research and experiments that have been conducted since the 1960s — and are still being actively carried out today.

So, here is the scientifically proven impact of Ayahuasca and Psilocybin on the brain and psyche:

  1. Increased neuroplasticity and neurogenesis.
These substances promote the growth of new neural connections and the restoration of old ones, enhancing the brain’s ability to adapt, learn, and change. This creates the potential for deep personal transformation and emotional healing.
  2. Reduction of activity in the Default Mode Network (DMN)
Psilocybin and Ayahuasca decrease activity in the DMN — the brain network associated with the ego, self-reflection, and constant inner dialogue. This allows a person to go beyond habitual mental patterns and gain a fresh perspective on their life.
  3. Enhanced communication between brain regions
Under the influence of psychedelics, connections between areas of the brain that don’t usually interact become stronger. This results in powerful visual experiences, synesthesia (blending of senses), insights and realizations — often connected to personal history and repressed emotions. At the same time, habitual neural connections weaken — which makes it possible to “reprogram” thought patterns.
  4. Psychotherapeutic effect
Ayahuasca and Psilocybin are used both in clinical research and in traditional medicine as tools to work through trauma, depression, addictions, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), showing high therapeutic effectiveness. Participants report deep emotional releases, restored connection to self, and a sense of spiritual awakening. Even a single experience can lead to deep inner change and long-term improvement in emotional well-being.

“I consider this research critically important evidence for the medical approval of psilocybin to treat depression — a severe condition I’ve personally struggled with for decades,” said philanthropist Tim Ferriss, who partially funded the study.

Conclusion:
Natural psychedelics are tools for deep spiritual work and inner cleansing, when approached with care and respect. They do not “break” the psyche — they reveal its potential for freedom from internal limitations. For mentally healthy individuals who are properly prepared and supported, they are considered safe.

IMPORTANT!!! Psychedelics are contraindicated for individuals with diagnosed psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia or bipolar disorder). Please remember your personal responsibility — to inform the facilitators of any psychiatric diagnosis given to you in the past!

If none has been diagnosed — welcome to the world of Sacred Medicine, ready to run your brain through the kaleidoscope of psychedelic experience, to free you from the cage of your own mind!

Why am I afraid to decide on this experience?

The closer the retreat gets, the louder the anxiety becomes.
The mind starts trying to talk you out of it — fear creeps in, doubts arise:
“Do I really need this?”, “Maybe later?”, “What if nothing changes?”
This is the resistance of the Ego, sensing a threat to its cozy little throne.

Because psychedelics — gateways into expanded consciousness — unravel old patterns of perception.
And the Ego is afraid, because it knows:

  • its myths will be exposed,
  • its subconscious programs — rewritten,
  • its control over your reality — lost.

The Ego does not want to admit that it is not the center of the universe. It clings to the walls of the cage, terrified of death — because for the Ego, any transformation feels like death. And it will fight, stirring up anxiety, panic, “reasonable” arguments disguised as care.

But luckily — you are more than your Ego.
You have a heart that longs for Home.
A consciousness reaching for the Light.
A soul that remembers why it came here.
And a Higher Self that already knows you’re ready.
These parts of you are not at war — they are calling you.
Softly, steadily, with love:
“Please, trust. We are with you. It’s time to come back to yourself.”

Fear and doubt before a retreat are so common that even experienced psychonauts rarely escape it.
About a week before the retreat, you may feel the trembling begin — and that is absolutely normal.
Your old programs can feel the approach of a powerful new energy — and they know they’ll be the first to be washed away.

Here are a few practices to help you stay aligned with your intention:

  • Speak honestly with yourself. Write down your fears and look at them from the outside.
Fear is often just a shadow on the wall. Name it — and it will shrink.
  • Breathe. Deep, conscious breathing brings you back from illusion into the body, into the now.
And in the present moment, the Ego weakens.
  • Remember why you’re going. Write down your intention.
Stick that sentence to your mirror, save it on your phone, carry it in your pocket — it’s your anchor.
  • Visualize the light after the storm.
Imagine yourself after the retreat — free, radiant, renewed.
You already are who you’re becoming — you’re just walking home to yourself.
  • Support: don’t be afraid to ask for it.
Reach out to a friend, a guide, someone who has walked the path.
Even just saying “I’m afraid, but I want this” opens a portal to your power.

Resistance is not the enemy.
It’s a sign that you’ve reached the edge of the old world.
And beyond that edge — is a step into something new.
And behind that step, stands Life itself, ready to open to you in its fullest expression.

You are not alone.
You are supported.
You are ready.

And everything most real — is just beginning.

How will I feel afterwards?

Over the course of 7 years of practice, I’ve seen firsthand just how powerfully Sacred Medicine can transform a person. Many who arrive at my retreats seem lost, heavy, anxious when we first meet. But when we say goodbye three days later, they are almost unrecognizable.

They literally shine. Their eyes are lit with new revelations, their souls are nourished and have remembered love, their minds have become simple and clear like daylight. Everything radiating from them in that moment is an endless stream of gratitude — to me, to the Medicine, to Mother Nature for this sacred gift, for the opportunity to dive into a world of profound experiences and to discover the priceless Gifts of Spirit — transcendent states that could be called Clarity of Consciousness, Awakening, or Enlightenment.

Transformation statistics
Based on surveys from participants in retreats with Ayahuasca and Psilocybin:

100% reported that the experience ranked among the top 5 most meaningful events of their lives for personal growth.
69% discovered new directions and paths of self-realization.
76% made positive changes in lifestyle and behavior based on insights gained during the process.
82% released limiting beliefs and negative thoughts that had previously impacted their quality of life.
73% overcame significant internal blocks.
65% reported a substantial reduction in anxiety symptoms.
71% saw improvement in depression symptoms (including treatment-resistant depression) by more than 50% by the end of the study.
54% achieved remission within a month.
76% no longer returned to taking antidepressants.

People return from retreats deeply changed. They say their eyes have been opened to themselves and their lives, that they received insights that hit so accurately they couldn’t believe how precisely it was what they truly needed. The experience helped them overcome personal struggles and find inner peace, resolving the root of their inner conflict. Psychedelics are the best psychologists…

What you may feel after the retreat:

  • A deep sense of cleansing and inner freedom — from thoughts, emotions, and blockages.
  • A strengthened sense of connection to your body, to nature, to Spirit, and to your loved ones.
  • A silence and peace within that cannot be described with words — as if everything finally found its place.
  • A flow of inspiration, a desire to create, to care for yourself and the world.
  • Clear understanding of yourself, your potential, and what to do next.
  • It’s a new state that some people experience for the very first time in their lives — when the soul is glowing, the heart is singing, and all you want is to embrace the whole world with your love!

And this isn’t just a short-lived “after effect.” According to studies, the positive post-effects can last from several months to several years. In the six months after a retreat, you will continue to “unpack” the knowledge and energies received.

You will come to the retreat seeking what you want,
but you will receive what you truly need — and even more.
The effect of Sacred Medicine always exceeds expectations!

What if it changes my life too much?

And who but you carries personal responsibility for every step and every choice you make in your life? In psychedelic journeys, you are visited by a spiritual force that works with your consciousness and shows you better paths for self-realization — but your further path depends only on you.

During the retreat I dedicate special attention to the integration of the experience: we regularly discuss topics that are important to you, we mirror each other, we uncover subconscious programs using Metaphorical cards. You will have a grounded — even wise — outside perspective that will help you integrate your transformations in the right way.

People always leave with a wealth of personal guidance and recommendations for their physical and mental well-being: how to eat better, how to heal, what to introduce into their lifestyle, how to breathe new life into relationships. Implementing these new habits — that’s your responsibility. Only you can ensure that the insights you receive are put into action.

If changes come — they will be for the better! Scientific research confirms significant improvements in quality of life after psychedelic-assisted therapy: in one study with cancer patients, 60–80% of participants reported lasting improvements in quality of life and significant reductions in depression and anxiety. In another study, 94% of participants confirmed positive life changes.

Sometimes, however, psychedelics reveal truths you didn’t want to admit — that your relationship is toxic, that your friends are not loyal, that you’ve spent years in a job you hate, that your parents still make decisions for you. And under the euphoria of the psychedelic state, it might feel like you can cut the Gordian knot with a single swing.

Stanislav Grof gives us a word of caution:
Within the first six months after a deep psychedelic experience, you should avoid making life-altering decisions, avoid acting rashly, and give yourself time to calmly integrate the information received, to return to your situation, to view it from the inside with fresh eyes, and to gradually, consciously, step by step, implement the changes you need.

If you go charging through, cutting ties with everyone, the responsibility will lie solely with you, because you will be fully conscious — both within the retreat and after it.

Another extreme — falling into spirituality on a wave of Universal Love, quitting everything and proudly heading off to build a settlement for enlightened beings. Tame your Ego. When it puts on a halo of holiness, it becomes hard to handle — and Life itself may need to bring you back down to earth. And that can hurt.

Rarely, but it happens, that the Medicine reveals such a vast amount of suppressed material that it feels like it triggered a new crisis — when all the pain from past traumas rises at once, or childhood fears resurface with renewed intensity. This is normal! Healing chronic pain always comes through aggravation, and this is the best moment to finally resolve the root issue. In such cases, support from a therapist is necessary. My consultations and hypnotherapy sessions are available to you — 1 to 3 sessions in the month after the retreat are usually enough to fully release the old energies and programs.

So, remember:
After the retreat, it is essential to calmly dedicate time to integration: the experience must be lived through, understood, and digested. Over the six months following the retreat, the knowledge and energy will continue to unfold — there is no rush.

You can always reach out for support: I, your guide, see you from the inside — I was there with you in your inner work and can help illuminate the right direction.
Being in process is normal.
This is a time when new clarity is ripening within.
Don’t rush.
Turn your attention inward.
Listen to your states.
And to walk with those who respect your path — is the deepest and truest safety.

You will not be alone on this path.
